Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your TORCHGRIP product, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Our Limited Warranty
TecDriven, LLC (“TecDriven) warrants TORCHGRIP products against all defects in material and craftsmanship for a period of 90 days from date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. TecDriven will, at its option, repair or replace a defective product.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
In the event you need to make a claim, you can email us at info@tecdriven.com with you order number, photo(s) of your product issue and a brief description of the problem. See the following exclusions to warranty claims prior to making a claim. TecDriven reserves the right to charge a small shipping and handling fee in the event a claim is fulfilled.

Not Covered Under Warranty

• Damage to your electronic device, case/shell, folio or any other personal property in any circumstance or event. It is recommended that you have your device insured for damage for any cause.
• Normal wear and tear or any damage, failure or loss caused by:
  • Accident, misuse, neglect, abuse or improper installation.
  • Modifications to the product by anyone other than TecDriven.
  • Failure to follow instructions or warning on the installation guide.
  • Any natural occurring surface marks on metalized product parts.
• Dealer installation labor charges.
• TecDriven is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Repair or replacement of defective TecDriven products is the sole remedy under this warranty.
